Bercher - Geneva Motor Show
Top poster sites at the Geneva Motor Show
Bercher helps its clients to reach a wide target audience. The company's high-visibility advertising spaces at Geneva Airport and the airport station were in great demand at this year's International Motor Show.
Geneva's International Motor Show has been attracting visitors to the area for many years. This year was no exception. Between 1 and 14 March, more than 692,000 visitors arrived to admire the automobile industry's latest offerings at close quarters. This represents a growth of 7 percent on the previous year.
Thanks to the keen interest, which extended well beyond Switzerland, the Geneva Motor Show continues to offer many attractive opportunities for advertisers. More than 40 percent of visitors came from abroad; nearly 70 percent of these arrived by train. This makes the airport and airport railway station in Geneva very popular advertising locations for Swiss and foreign clients for the duration of the show – and afterwards too. As soon as visitors arrive at the airport, posters installed inside the airport building welcome them to the Geneva Palexpo exhibition center.
For the 2010 Motor Show, many clients took advantage of the many opportunities that Bercher provided to display their new products to passengers in the airport, in the station concourse and in the external areas. One of these companies was Mini, which had a special "promotional zone" in the SBB shopping concourse.
